Chair yoga is a gentle and inclusive approach to yoga, designed to be practiced while comfortably seated or with the aid of a chair for support.

Yoga is a proven, effective activity to promote health and wellness for the elderly.

All our sessions are modified to suit the participants. Safety is our number 1 priority.
A study containing people with osteoarthritis revealed that those participating in chair yoga for 45 minutes twice a week for eight weeks experienced a significant reduction in pain and improved their walking speed. These improvements continued for three months after the research period.

Primarily focused on chair yoga and meditation exercises, one of our friendly teachers will come to your space at a specific time to provide curated accessible yoga sessions.

Classes can accommodate up to 12 spaces, mats, props and chairs are provided.
It is important to consult with healthcare providers if the individual has a history of medical conditions or injuries. Poses can be modified or avoided depending on specific requirements.
