Hello, I'm Lucy,
the founder of InLight Yoga.
Since discovering yoga seven years ago, I’ve been teaching students around the world, sharing the practice with people from all walks of life. I hold an RYT 200 Vinyasa qualification and additional certifications in Gentle Years and Chair Yoga. My mission is simple: to bring yoga into your life in a way that suits and sits well with you.
My journey with yoga began alongside my meditation practice, which taught me the value of living with awareness and intention. I faced a period of struggle due to a diagnosis of a life long illness that brought daily pain and anxiety, severely impacting my life. Yoga became my sanctuary; starting with just five-minute sessions, I gradually found relief and strength. Through consistent practice, I witnessed a remarkable shift—not only in my physical health but also in my overall outlook on life. This experience fuels my dedication to learning and sharing with others the powerful energy yoga can cultivate.
Yoga has given me so much: a stronger body, a clearer mind, and a peaceful heart. It's about more than just being able to touch your toes; it's about growing from the inside out.
