How It Works

Our friendly teacher will come to your space at a specific time to provide curated yoga practices tailored to your requirements.

Classes can accommodate up to 3 spaces. Mats and props are provided.

​

It is important to consult with healthcare providers if you have a history of medical conditions or injuries. Poses can be modified or avoided depending on specific requirements.
